It's a very MERRY Christmas for bleary-eyed Manchester United stars as they party until 4am

Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo led the charge as Manchester United enjoyed Christmas celebrations at London's Movida bar.

The football stars emerged rather bleary-eyed after a long night of partying, stumbling out of the club just after 2.30am in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Long night: Carlos Tevez, Anderson and Rafael da Silva were among those who left the club in the early hours of Sunday morning

Carlos Tevez, Rafael da Silva and Paul Scholes were also among the revellers following the side's 0-0-draw with the Spurs, while Jonny Evans, Rio Ferdinand, and Anderson were the last to leave at 4am.

And it seems team rivalry was put aside last night, with Barclays Premier League nemeses William Gallas and Emmanuel Adebayor joining in the festivities at the club.

Of course the presence of football stars brought out many an aspiring WAG, including model Coralie Robinson.

Just hours later 23 members of the first-team squad faced a gruelling long-haul flight to Japan for the Club World Cup.

But it seems a spot of first class pampering did the trick, with the players stepped out at Narita Airport, near Tokyo, looking surprisingly fresh-faced.

They face Gamba Osaka in the semi-final on Thursday, with the final set for Sunday.
