Wake up with Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May

It's the best (or worst) alarm in the world.

To the delight of many, the release of The Grand Tour is just a week away. The show features the three most famous automotive television hosts in the world and will premier Friday, November 18, on Amazon Prime's video streaming service. In an effort to further promote the show, Amazon has added a small feature to their Echo and Echo Dot. Rather than a traditional alarm, users can now be woken up by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May.

Just like your smartphone, the Amazon Echo offers users a vast array of sounds to use as an alarm. In addition, a few celebrities have added their voices to the Echo. Simply set the alarm to Grand Tour to hear Clarkson, Hammond, and May, or set it to one of the several other options like Alec Baldwin, Jason Schwartzman, or Missy Elliott.

It's debatable how effective or pleasant these alarms may be, but it is an interesting and unique way to wake up in the morning. The shrill shouts from Clarkson may simply ruin your mood, though some of the other options are far more friendly. Either way, it's a fun thing to try at least once. Expect Amazon to expand the celebrity library in the future.
