• If your package was returned to us as unclaimed or because of incorrect information about the address - we'll contact you for further instructions - redelivery or canceling an order.
• You should know that if the parcel was delivered to the post office and to some reasons is not received during 15 days, it would be sent back to us.
• Redelivery - we can ship your parcel again, but you will need to pay the shipping cost.
• Canceling - please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30 (*Paypal fees can be changed)). Also shipping costs are non-refundable.
